Jiang Xiaomeng, MBA, Professor-leveled Senior Engineer, Licensed Pharmacist, one of the experts who enjoy the special allowance from State Department, began his career in December 1980 and has served as corporate administration manager, general manager of Zhejiang Jianfeng Communication Cables Co., Ltd and Zhejiang Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Holdings., executive deputy manager of the company. Presently, he is the chairman, general manager and party secretary.
